Ashihara club TORA
Sempai The leader of this Club is Sempai Željko Mandić. He was born in Belgrade in 1970 where he has finished primary and secondary school and graduated at the Special Education Faculty. He was always interested in fighting skills and has been training martial arts (kickboxing) since he was in high school.
At the beginning of 1990’s he entered the world of kyokushinkai and became the master in 2000 at the seminar in Bulgaria in Varna town. During his carreer as a competitor he had participated in a number of international competitions (Cup in Hungary 1995, European Championship in Greece 1996, Poland in 1997 and Spain in 1998).
At the domestic competitions he won the first place at the Yugoslav Championship in Bjela (Montenegro) in 1997. He is one of the founders of the Serbian Ashihara Kaikan Association. The trainings are being held at the OFK ‘Belgrade’ stadium on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:30 p.m. The Club has about 35 members.

Ashihara club TSURU
The leader of this Club is Sempai Saša Anđelić born in Belgrade in 1971 where he has finished primary and secondary school. When he was 14 he has started to practice martial arts. At first it was judo, then Okinawa karate school and than in 1993 he started to train kyokushinkai. From 1994 to 1999 he had been a standard member of the national team in fights to 70 kg (Hungary, Greece, Poland, Spain and France). At the Yugoslav Championship in Bjela in 1997 he won the silver medal in his category.
In 2000 he got the title of Shodan international master from IKO (International Kyokushinkai Organization). In the parent club he has led a children section on two times – from 2001 to 2003 in the primary school “Mladost” in New Belgrade for the school children and in 2005 he established the Club sections in the primary school “Svetozar Marković” and in the primary school “Siniša Nikolajević” in Vračar for preschool and school children. Since January 2006 he has been running the trainings in the “Vračar” Sports Center. In 2006 he became familiar with Ashihara martial arts. In January 2007 he established his own club ‘Tsuru’ that with 44 active members became one of the founders of the Serbian Ashihara Kaikan Association.

Ashihara club OOKAMI
The leader of this Club is Sempai Dušan Mandarić. born in Belgrade in 1980, where he has finished primary and grammar school. He studies law.
Since he was 13 he has been training kyokushinkai and when he was 20 he became an official holder of Shodan master title.
He has participated and won medals at numerous international and domestic competitions. Thus he won the silver medal in junior competition at the Yugoslav Championship in 1997, the gold medal in junior competition at the North American Championship in Canada 1998, he was youth champion of Yugoslavia for 2001 and the winner of the Austrian Open Championship for 2002.
Recently he has founded the Club in the “Vračar” Sports Center and it already has 20 members. He is also one of the founders of the Serbian Ashihara Kaikan Association.

Ashihara club IRUKA
Sandra Spasić was born in Belgrade in 1986. She has finished primary and grammar school in Belgrade and she studies law. She has been practicing martial arts since she was 9 and her inborn talent has been converted into a number of domestic and foreign medals thanks to her persistent training.
Through her junior career she had also participated in senior competitions in kata category and on all competitions she had been without equal, and at the international tatamies she had fascinated others by her polished technique, sense for rhythm, speed, strenght, focus and her mental calmness when performing the most difficult master katas.
Let us number some of her results: five times Yugoslav champion in junior and senior competition, champion of North America in junior competition and the bronze medal winner at the same championship in senior competition. Sandra is coatch in Iruka club and she is an assistant in Tsuru Club.
